Welcome to Color Flood Rush ("the App", "the Game"), developed and published by Alpha Services ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of Color Flood Rush on Android devices.

We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy. Our practice is simple: we collect nothing.

Color Flood Rush is a fully offline, privacy-first game. We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share:

• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, Advertising ID)
• IP address or network information
• Camera or microphone data
• Contacts or address book data
• Photos, files, or storage contents
• Browsing history or search data
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports sent to external servers
• Any personally identifiable information (PII) of any kind

Color Flood Rush operates entirely on your device without any internet connection.

• No account required — no login, no sign-up, no user profiles
• No backend servers — the game does not communicate with any external servers
• No internet required — fully playable in airplane mode
• No Firebase — we do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, or any cloud services
• No third-party SDKs — no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs of any kind

All game data (best score, best level, game progress) is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device.

Color Flood Rush requests zero device permissions. You will not see any permission prompts when installing or using this App.

The only data stored by the App is limited to your game progress and preferences, saved locally on your device:

• Best score achieved
• Best level reached
• Best streak recorded
• Sound on/off preference

Color Flood Rush is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because the App collects no personal information, requires no account, has no internet connectivity, contains no advertising, and contains no in-app purchases, it is fully compliant with:

• COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (USA)
• Google Play Families Policy

Parents and guardians can allow children to use this App with complete confidence that no data is being collected or shared.

Color Flood Rush contains no advertisements of any kind. We do not use Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, or any other ad networks. There are no banner, interstitial, or rewarded video ads.

The App also contains no in-app purchases. It is free to play with no premium upgrades, coin purchases, or subscription plans.

Color Flood Rush does not integrate with any third-party services, including:

• Google Firebase / Firestore / Analytics
• Google Play Games Services
• Facebook SDK
• Crashlytics / Sentry
• AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch
• Any analytics platform
• Any advertising network
• Any social media SDK

Since Color Flood Rush does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers, the risk of a data breach is effectively zero.

All locally stored game data is protected by Android's standard app sandboxing. Other apps cannot access your Color Flood Rush data without root access to your device.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. However, you may:

• Delete all local game data at any time by uninstalling the App
• Clear App data via: Settings → Apps → Color Flood Rush → Clear Data

Color Flood Rush is distributed through the Google Play Store. Google may collect certain information as part of the Play Store's standard operations. This data collection is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy, not ours.
